End User Licensing Agreement for 77Type
This End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter: the End User) and Christian Sant (hereinafter: 77Type). By downloading, installing and/or using software from 77Type, the End User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
LICENSE
Our products are not sold, but are licensed to the End User. 77Type grants the End User an unlimited, non-exclusive license to use the font software for Print, Web, Apps, Social, Motion, and Video. The Licensing Price is determined by the company size of the End User, not on the number of computers/users of the software. Your (or your client's) company size is the only number you need to calculate the licensing price.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not copy or distribute the font software to any third party. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the software using codes (even partial) or the type-face design contained in the Digital Font(s) for purposes other than operation on the End Users' own computers. The End User may not use the software for any political or religious purposes without permission. Additionally, the End User may not use the software to promote violence or discrimination. The End User is also prohibited from embedding the fonts in a way that allows end users to access them, sharing the fonts with third parties, or putting the fonts on public servers or in public repositories.
PRICING
77Type's pricing structure is based on company size.
SMALL (1-5 people)
MEDIUM (6-15 people)

WARRANTY
77Type Font Foundry makes no express or implied warranties regarding the font software. The font software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
TERMINATION
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the font software and destroy all copies, including backup copies, of the font software. GOVERNING LAW This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
